ST. LOUIS – The HFW Companies (HFW), a fast-growing professional services firm with a national focus on the architecture and engineering industry (AE), has announced that it has added to the HFW team Shreena Fulani as senior business intelligence analyst. Fulani, based in Kansas City, Mo., will lead the financial planning and analysis function for HFW and its expanding HFW Partner Network portfolio, according to Daniel Forguson, chief financial officer and a co-founder of HFW. Prior to joining HFW, Fulani spent more than a decade providing high-level financial analysis and business intelligence to the leadership of large, national corporations.
“Shreena brings with her considerable experience in providing data-driven financial analysis that helps drive company growth and strategy,” Forguson said of Fulani. “We look forward to her guidance and insights as we continue to expand our network of AE firms and accelerate the growth of our existing network.”
Fulani, in her new role, will provide support for HFW’s financial planning and analysis functions for both HFW and its Partner Firms, including the implementation of a robust business intelligence platform, working to improve project financials and operational efficiencies. She is a graduate of the University of Missouri, Columbia, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Banking.

To date, HFW has built a portfolio of 10 strategic partner firms with a combined 700-plus employees and collective 2024 annual revenues that put HFW at No. 203 in Engineering News Record’s annual Top 500 ranking of the largest AEC companies.
