HFW hires HR recruiter to support growth for HFW and Partner firms

The HFW Companies (HFW), as part of an ambitious strategy to fuel its own growth and the expansion of its growing number of partner firms across the country, has hired its first in-house talent acquisition business partner.

Hortencia WilliamsonHortencia Williamson, based in Fort Worth, Texas, not only will facilitate the recruitment of strategic hires to support HFW, a fast-growing professional services firm with a national focus on the architecture and engineering industry (AE), but she also will spearhead the recruiting efforts of all of HFW’s partner firms in seeking top-tier professional talent.

Williamson brings with her extensive experience in building high-performance teams to support rapid company growth. Her most recent talent acquisition experience includes recruiting and onboarding more than 70 key technology company employees in only two years across a global footprint.
Williamson joins a growing HR team at HFW, whose goal is to invest in a growing network of middle-market architecture and engineering firms serving metropolitan infrastructure markets with strong legacy brands and growth potential, Hein said.

To date, HFW has built a portfolio of nine strategic partner firms with a combined 500-plus employees and collective 2023 annual revenues that put HFW at No. 242 in Engineering News Record’s annual Top 500 ranking of the largest AEC companies.
